Refund and Cancellation policy

All notification of withdrawals, transfers, and substitutions must be sent in writing via email to The University of Auckland Business School Executive Education Team at
exec@auckland.ac.nz.

Cancellations

No refund will be given if the participant fails to attend the course, nor if the participant withdraws from the course at any stage for any reason, including illness.

Any cancellations, requests for transfers, or deferrals received 14 days or less from the course start dates are subject to penalty fees excluding GST as listed below. Full refunds can be obtained up to 15 days before the course start date.

Executive Education reserves the right to cancel any course or programme for any reason and will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or any other costs incurred by participants. Course fees are fully refundable for courses cancelled by Executive Education.


Substitutions

Registered participants may be substituted at no extra charge. Please notify us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the course start date at
exec@auckland.ac.nz


Transfer conditions

Participants are allowed a maximum of two transfers (subject to fees above for any transfer reason) within 12 months of the original course commencement date. Outside these terms, the transfer will be considered cancelled and no refund provided. Participants transferring to another course or course date will be required to pay the original invoice fee.
