Cancelling your programme or course booking

Read our cancellation policy if you are unable to attend a programme or course.

Cancellation policy: short courses

All notifications of withdrawals, transfers and substitutions must be submitted in writing to exec@auckland.ac.nz.

No refund will be given if the participant fails to attend their course unless they can prove that significant unexpected circumstances prevented them from attending the course.

If you cannot attend a course, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can organise transferring you to another course. We cannot transfer you to another course if you fail to attend without notifying us before the course starts.

We reserve the right to cancel any programme or course for any reason and will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by participants. Course fees are fully refundable when Executive and Professional Development cancel a course.

Substitutions

Registered participants may be substituted at no extra charge. Please notify us in writing at least seven days prior to the course start date at exec@auckland.ac.nz.

Please refer to the customised programmes agreement signed between the university and your organisation.
