Customised programmes for organisations and teams

Learning programmes that build the right capabilities for your organisation or team

Partner with us to co-create learning and development programmes that have measurable impact for your employees, team or organisation.

Working together, we design programmes that align with your organisation’s strategy and culture. Our customised programmes deliver relevant knowledge, skills and practices that can be applied immediately and contribute long-term, meaningful and sustainable impact.

We can deliver any programme, anywhere in New Zealand – from stand-alone, targeted workshops to multi-year programmes, online, on campus or at your organisation.

Our approach

Step 1 – Discovery

We begin by gaining an in-depth understanding of your organisation (or team), including your values, culture and strategic goals. We work with you to identify the outcomes you want to achieve for your organisation or team, and who the learning and development programme is targeted at, whether that is your senior leadership team, senior managers or all your employees.

Step 2 – Design

Our experienced design and delivery team will partner with you to create a programme tailored to your organisation’s needs and designed for long-term impact. We will identify what delivery method will work best for your organisation or team (i.e. blended or in-person).

Step 3 – Delivery

Our experienced team of facilitators can deliver your programme anywhere in New Zealand, at either your organisation or using the comprehensive learning facilities here at the University of Auckland Business School. Our programme modules are designed to be interactive and engaging, providing participants with a future-focused mindset and the tools and frameworks they can apply immediately.

Step 4 – Evaluation
We appreciate that things are constantly evolving, and recognise the need to be adaptive and agile. We are committed to incorporating both formative and summative evaluation processes, ensuring we are able to capture and respond to your changing needs throughout the programme.

Testimonials

Natalie Dorn“The ability to take time during the Influencing & Negotiation course to put the learnings into practice and relate to real work-scenarios helped anchor in the thinking and principal messages. Having open conversations about the likely challenges to factor in and navigate, then role-play to learn and assess various styles of approach, kept the content interactive and enjoyable. “
Natalie Dorn | Innovation and Strategic Project Manager | Coca-Cola Amatil (N.Z) Ltd

Greg Turrell“Apart from the obvious time and money savings that can be achieved if a large enough group can be formed, there’s also the opportunity to tailor or contextualise the content and strengthen inter-departmental relationships.”
Greg Turrell | Learning and Development Manager | Samsung Electronics New Zealand

Sarah Millard“Susan was clearly very knowledgeable and could easily answer questions and challenge thinking on the spot. She could explain concepts in simple terms that we could understand and could change tack seamlessly.”
Sarah Millard | Chief People Officer | Zag
