Step 1 – Discovery
We begin by gaining an in-depth understanding of your organisation (or team), including your values, culture and strategic goals. We work with you to identify the outcomes you want to achieve for your organisation or team, and who the learning and development programme is targeted at, whether that is your senior leadership team, senior managers or all your employees.
Step 2 – Design
Our experienced design and delivery team will partner with you to create a programme tailored to your organisation’s needs and designed for long-term impact. We will identify what delivery method will work best for your organisation or team (i.e. blended or in-person).
Step 3 – Delivery
Our experienced team of facilitators can deliver your programme anywhere in New Zealand, at either your organisation or using the comprehensive learning facilities here at the University of Auckland Business School. Our programme modules are designed to be interactive and engaging, providing participants with a future-focused mindset and the tools and frameworks they can apply immediately.
Step 4 – Evaluation
