Overview
Everyone knows that how you manage yourself has a huge influence on the results you get inside and outside of work. People who are good at managing themselves not only achieve greater personal success, but they are more creative, better team players, and contribute in a bigger way. Being successful is a skill that can be learned and perfected. And this course shows you how.
It teaches the important idea that all real success is a deliberate process involving careful attention to 10 keys aspects of your life.
The course, facilitated by Dr Keane in an engaging Café Style format, “The Success Café”, is structured around three mini-seminars presented on the day. Between seminars you’ll have an opportunity to take the ideas presented and build an action plan as to how you are going to make changes to your professional and personal life.
As part of your course materials participants will receive a hard copy of Dr Keane’s bestselling book – The Art of Deliberate Success: The 10 Behaviours of Successful People including a unique access code for unlocking on-line success tools.
Topics covered
The day is made up of 3 mini-seminars with time in-between sessions to discuss the application of the ideas covered at your Café tables:
Seminar 1: What Matters Most
People who achieve success are not just lucky. They achieve results because they think in certain ways about what really matters. Most people believe that success is down to hard work, determination, and a never-give-up attitude. But it’s not the complete picture.
Seminar 2: Getting Stuff Done
When you look at truly successful people you’ll notice something remarkable: they don’t seem to be too busy! In fact, they think very differently about their time and, as a result, they get very different results.
Seminar 3: Success is a Choice
Every day, successful people make different kinds of choices. They deliberately choose where to put their focus, who to spend time with, how to use information, and what to think. Are you deliberate about your professional and personal choices?
The Café Style format provides participants with plenty of opportunity for discussions relating to their own current issues, and the application of ideas to work and personal life.
