Overview

Communicating using digital communication technologies is rapidly becoming integral to most working professionals and businesses. It is increasingly important that an employee can craft effective messages in order to develop a professional social media presence. Everyone uses digital tools, but not everyone is good at creating effective and authentic interactions in the digital space.

This course will combine a one-day workshop with online bespoke feedback and pre- and post-workshop interaction including a video conference. We will explore the digital communication landscape and help participants develop communication strategies to harness the opportunities offered by the digital workplace. Through skilled social dialogue, participants can increase their interaction and engagement with their colleagues, managers, customers and agencies.
