Full refunds can be obtained up to 15 days before the course start date. Due to the costs incurred for course preparation and administration, any cancellations or requests for transfers or deferrals received 14 days or less from the course start dates are subject to penalty fees as described below.

No refund will be given if the participant fails to attend the course , nor if the participant withdraws from the course at any stage for any reason including illness , once the course has commenced.
Subject to unforeseen circumstances such as student demand and/or resource availability, The University reserves the right to cancel, or change the content, timing or method of presentation of any course.
The University of Auckland Business School Executive Education team is not responsible for travel or related costs under any circumstances. Participants may want to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance in the unlikely event that a programme is cancelled or if the participant cannot attend for personal or professional reasons.
Transfer conditions
Participants are allowed a maximum of two transfers (subject to fees above for any transfer reason including illness) within 12 months of the original course commencement. Outside of these terms, the transfer will be considered cancelled and no refund will be provided.
Substitutions
If a participant cannot attend their enrolled course, they may nominate a substitute to attend in their place. Requests must be submitted in advance and will be reviewed on an individual basis, based on participant experience, qualifications and lead time needed for any programme pre-work. All participant substitutions are subject to the sole discretion of The University of Auckland Business School Executive Education team.
